Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 1-14-92 this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

WBBM RADIO TOWER RELOCATION
The Village Attorney advised the Village Board that he and
Special Counsel Karraganis would be meeting with CBS attorneys
on January 15 to discuss a settlement.
The Village will be asking that any settlement include:
1 . CBS' reimbursing the Village for all legal expenses;
2. CBS' agreeing to correct any interference caused by
the antenna;
3. CBS' reimbursing expenses incurred by residents wanting
to move due to health or interfercence concerns;
4. CBS' agreeing to mitigate the hazard if, in the
future, a health hazard is determined to have
impacted the residents.
5. CBS' agreeing to protect the flood plain by having no
further construction on the property; and
6. CBS' establishing a financial fund or surety to guarantee
the aforementioned items.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
