Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly' scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 5-12-92 this Executive Session was called to consider a

CBS RADIO TOWER
Special Council Karaganis filed a brief , appealing
a Federal Court ruling, stating that a Presidential
Executive Order does not carry the effect of law. That
appeal pertains to the Village ' s suit against the
Army Corps of Engineers .
In addition, the Attorney noted that a hearing
is scheduled on May 22 regarding the IDOT litigation,
and a further hearing is scheduled on June 15 before
the F.C.C.
The meeting was adjourned at 10 : 10 p.m.
