Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 6-23-92 this Executive Session was called to consider a
land acquisition matter.

LAND ACQUISITION
The Village President reported that the Village will soon
be meeting with the Cook+County Forest Preserve to discuss
acquisition of 37 acres - of land at the northeast intersection of
Rohlwing and Biesterfield. The acquisition may be in the form of
a long term lease or perpetual easement, rather than by purchase of
the property.
The consensus of the Committee was to work toward acquiring
the property for recreational and open space purposes only.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
