Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 9-8-92 this Executive Session was called to consider a
Personnel matter.

RELEASE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
1. Pending an opinion by the Village Attorney, the Village
will hold from release all minutes pertaining to past
union negotiations;
2. The remaining minutes, scheduled for release, can be
released; and,
3. Staff is to place a resolution on the Village Board
Agenda releasing those minutes which do not pertain
to union negotiations.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
