Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 9-15-92 this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village President brought the Village Board
up-to-date on the lawsuit regarding the extension of Biesterfield
Road.
At the request of the attorney representing the homeowners
on _Baltimore Drive, the Court Hearing on the motion to dismiss the
case has been continued again. The Hearing is now scheduled for
October 30.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
