Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on Nnvamhar 17 1992 this Executive Session was called to consider a
parsonnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager reported meeting with the Fire and Police
Commission on Monday, November 16 . The Fire & Police Commission
requested utilizing them to compile an eligibility list for an
additional non-exempt lieutenant position.
The consensus of the Board was to confirm their previous
direction of November 10, 1992, to create exempt commander
positions and to proceed with the assessment process.
The Village Manager noted that an ordinance creating the
position of Commander will be prepared for the first meeting in
December.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
