Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 2/9/93 , this Executive Session was called to consider a
Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The consensus of the Board was to amend the residency
requirement for Department Head personnel as outlined in a
memorandum by the Village Manager dated January 29, 1993 . The
residency amendment would require Department Heads grandfathered
from the 1984 ordinance to establish residency in the Village if
they move from their current address .
