Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on March 15 , 1993 this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village President informed the Board that CBS withdrew
their application before the FCC to construct the radio tower in
Meacham Creek.
Special Counsel Karaganis will be meeting with the Board in
the near future to discuss ,steps the Village can take to prohibit
CBS from constructing a radio tower in that location in the
future.
The meeting adjourned at 9 :30 p.m.
