Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on
April 3, 1993, this Executive Session was called to consider a personnel
matter.

Personnel
The Chairperson of the Personnel Committee brought the Board
up-to-date on the Committee 's findings regarding the renewal of
health insurance plans.
Self-Insured Plan
The consensus of the Board was to renew the Village 's health
insurance plan as outlined in a March 30, 1993 memo authored by
the Personnel Officer. The "Affordable Medical Network" hospital
PPO is to be added to the Village 's self-insured indemnity plan.
For hospital care, the deductible and co-insurance payments will
be waived for the participant.
HMO Health Care Plans
The consensus of the Board was to renew the HMO Illinois Plan
as recommended in a March 30, 1993 memo authored by the Personnel
Officer.
In addition, the consensus of the Board was to eliminate the
Humana Health Chicago HMO. Staff is to explain why the HMO was
discontinued to affected employees. Further, staff is to obtain
costs for a dental program from HMO Illinois.
These items are to be placed on the April 13, 1993 Village
Board agenda.
