Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on 6/8/93, this Executive Session was called to consider a
personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager reported that the Chief of Police
recommended to the Village Manager that Sergeant Larry Hammar be
promoted to the position of Commander. The Village Manager
concurs with the appointment. Hammar was noted to be highly
qualified for the position by Laser and Associates. The
effective date is June 21, the start of the next payroll period.
