Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the village President and Board of
Trustees on 6/8/93, this Executive Session was called to consider a
personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Board confirmed with staff that the salary
differential between Police Officers and Sergeants is at least 5
percent. Staff is to supply Trustees Rettberg and Johnson with
all comparable wage information used to determine the Village
wage and salary practices, for their review.
