Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on July 27, 1993, this Executive Session was called to
consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager reported on the proposed pay-step adjustment
for the Ordinance Control Coordinator.
The consensus of the Board was to adjust the pay range for
the Ordinance Control Coordinator so that it is at the same pay
range as the Senior Clerk position. An ordinance adjusting the
pay range will be placed on the next Village Board meeting
agenda.
