Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on July 27, 1993, this Executive Session was called to
consider a litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village President reported that Hamilton Partners has
decided to not bear the expense of defending their state permit.
All litigation in the State Court will be dismissed.
In addition, should CBS or another broadcaster seek to use
the site Hamilton Partners would need to apply for a new permit.
The meeting adjourned at 11 :20 p.m.
