Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a -regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on September 14, 1993, this Executive Session was called
to consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager reported on compensation for Police
Sergeants when making court appearances on their off-duty days.
The consensus of the Board was to compensate Police Sergeants
$100 per day when attending court on off-duty days. An ordinance
establishing this change will be placed on the 9128/93 Village
Board Agenda.
The meeting adjourned at 10:40 p.m.
