Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on January 11, 1994 this Executive Session was called to
consider a litigation, personnel & land acquisition matter.

LITIGATION, PERSONNEL & LAND ACQUISITION
The consensus of the Board was to release those Executive
Session minutes as referenced by the Village Clerk in her 12193
memorandum with the exception of the 4111191 minutes. The
4111191 minutes will be reviewed for possible release at a later
date.
The meeting adjourned at 9 :45 p.m.
