Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on February 8, 1994, this Executive Session was called to
consider a litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village President reported that the Village of Palatine
is in litigation over the location of group homes and is seeking
$1 ,000 contributions from surrounding municipalities for this
litigation.
The consensus of the Board was to not join in the litigation
at this time, and to request that similar requests be submitted
through the Northwest Municipal Conference in the future.
The meeting adjourned at 10:05 p.m.
