Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at
a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of
Trustees on April 6, 1994 this Executive Session was called to
consider a personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Board discussed the addition/deletion of certain
positions and other personnel requests from Department Heads.
The consensus of the Board was as follows:
-- Do not reclassify two (2) Engineering Inspectors to
Engineering Technicians;
-- Do not reclassify a part-time clerk to a full-time
Senior Clerk in the Engineering and Community
Development Department;
-- Eliminate two (2) seasonal employees in the Public Works
Department;
-- Increase call-back time minimum from 1-hour to 2-hours
in the Public Works Department;
-- Do not add hours for the Administrative Intern in the
Community Service Office;
-- Eliminate the Data Processing Supervisor from the
Finance Department;
-- Do not add a summer intern in the Health Department;
and,
-- Do not add a Community Health Nurse in the Health
Department.
The Village Board will discuss the issue of hireback in the
Fire Department at a later date.
The meeting adjourned at 9 :55 p.m.
