scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 14, 2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
Trustee Prochno asked about the employment status of the new Administrative Intern
since that position was one that was not going to be filled. The Village Manager stated
she is compensated by an assistantship at Northern Illinois University, not by the Village.
She is serving the Village as a`volunteer" and is not an employee.
