The Village Attorney reported that the City of Chicago has filed a motion to dismiss,
which is being responded to by Ron Zamarin. The Village Attorney stated that the Judge
is expected to decide in 2-3 months.
The Mayor reported that a lawsuit has been filed contesting Chicago's use of PFC
charges for the O'Hare expansion project.
