Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 28, 2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Attorney distributed the final draft of an amendment to the redevelopment
agreement with Corrib Construction. An additional $75,000 in earnest money was
requested of the developer to extend the contract, bringing the total held by the Village to
$100,000. The Village Attorney noted the resolution adopting the amendment will be
considered by Village Board at tonight's Board meeting.
