Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 28,2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Mayor reported that Joe Karaganis no longer represents Dupage County on legal
matters since their policy reversal on O'Hare expansion. The Mayor noted that Mr.
Karaganis' firm's contract approximated $200,000 annually with Dupage County.
This action ensures our legal counsel is acting in our best interests.
