Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 28,2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Director of Finance distributed projections of costs for refinancing G.O. Bonds at
various rates, as previously requested by the Board. The Board discussed specific uses
for bond revenues such as land acquisition for Police Station. The Village Manager
stated a resolution would be brought to the Village Board at the 2/11/03 meeting.
