PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 11. 2003 this Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter. Number of pages attached: 1 Date(s)of review for release: December 2003 Date of approval for release: COPY 2/11/03 6:25 p.m. Land Acquisition The Village Manager reported that Gullo International has submitted an offer for the Village's 5-acre parcel at Dierking Terrace. The offer includes a purchase price of $1,084,000, including land cost of$800,000, $265,000 for roadway improvement, and $19,000 for engineering drawings. The interest in this property is based on potential industrial development on the east side of Dierking. The consensus of the Board was to approve this offer contingent on deposit of earnest money, and to authorize the Village Manger to negotiate a sales contract. The meeting ended at 6:29 p.m.
