scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 11, 2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Village Attorney updated the Board on litigation regarding the Fire and Police
Commission. The Village Attorney reported that special counsel is negotiating
confidentiality and hold harmless language into a settlement agreement. A monetary
offer of$18,000 is also being considered. Progress will be reported as available.
The meeting ended at 6:37 p.m.
