Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 25, 2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Manager discussed potential locations for the Channel 6 Studio. Cost
estimates for locating Channel 6 include$160,000 for finishing the second floor or
$20,000 for minor renovations to the ground floor. If a new Police Building is
constructed, the existing Police offices could be converted for Channel 6 use, or for the
relocation of Fire Administration. In the latter event, the Fire Administration Building
could be sold or leased to new tenants. The Mayor noted the Village's $10 million bond
issue to fund land acquisition and construction, and the Village Manager was directed to
prepare a cost report for increasing the bond issue to $20 million.
