scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 25, 2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Liti ation matter.

Litigation
Joe Karaganis provided an update on existing O'Hare litigation, noting that he is
confident the Village will prevail on this issue. Mr. Karaganis stated that Terrence
Brunner is preparing information to present to the Board on corrupt business practices at
O'Hare. Mr. Karaganis reported that federal funding would be necessary to finance the
expansion plan and that a"dream team" of attorneys is being assembled to represent the
Village's interests in Washington, D.C.
