Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 11, 2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Attorney stated that Comb Construction was to close on the property by
March 1711, but that the actual closing date is scheduled for April 15'". Under the
redevelopment agreement, a payment to the Village in the amount of$125,000 would be
due if Comb misses the April 1516 deadline.
