LISSNER Village Trustee J.PETRI Village Trustee C.PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 18,2003 this Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter. Number of pages attached: 1 Date(s)of review for release: December 2003 Date of approval for release: COPY o� 3/18/03 8:50 p.m. Personnel The consensus of the Board was as follows: ■ to have the Personnel Committee review the recommended salary range recommendations on Monday, March 24, at 7:00 p.m. ■ to concur with the Village Manager's recommendation for a 0% to 3.9% for merit wage and salary increase,which is comprised of 3.5%plus 4%. ■ to concur with the Village Manager's recommendation to advance pay ranges by 3.5%. ■ to make no changes to the Management Enhancement Program. ■ to fund a range movement pool of 0%to 2% at 0.70%of management salaries. ■ to concur with an adjustment of 3.25%to the step-pay plan. ■ to make no changes to longevity. ■ to concur with an adjustment of 3.25%to specific rate plan ■ to concur with Village Manager's recommendations for special adjustments for Deputy Fire Chief Miller and Environmental Health Inspector Priebe. ■ to concur with Village Manager's recommendation to reclassify a Senior Clerk position to Secretary in the Department of Health and Community Services. ■ to change the titles Economic Development Officer and Human Resources Officer to "Coordinator". The meeting adjourned at 9:34 p.m.
