scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 18,2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Mayor's Secretary
The Board discussed the current workload of the Mayor's Secretary. The consensus of
the Board was to have the Mayor meet with her to discuss current duties and investigate
options to distribute workload or pay overtime for assignments if needed.
