meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 25,2003 this Executive Session
was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Assistant Village Manager discussed the methodology used to determine salary range
movements and the Personnel Committee noted that they concur with the Village
Manager's recommendation. Minutes from the Personnel Committee meeting and back-up
material on salaries and wages will be provided to the Board prior to the April 8 Village
Board meeting.
