Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 8, 2003 this Executive Session
was called to consider a Land Disposition matter.

Land Disposition
Dierking Terrace
The Village Attorney reported that a contract has been finalized with Gullo Development to
purchase the Dierking Terrace 5 acre site. The terms include $800,000 in cash„ the
rebuilding of Dierking Terrace to Village Standards, and payment of$19,000 for
engineering driveways.
This item appears on the Consent Agenda. The sales contract and ordinance approving the
sale were distributed to the Village Board.
