SOC Lawsuits
The Mayor reported that Park Ridge had 5 elected officials turn-over and they may no longer
be a funding partner in our lawsuits to prevent O'Hare Expansion.
The Village's Disconnection Ordinance defense of the suit filed by Chicago will be heard in
court this Thursday.
In addition, an attorney for SOC has sent a letter to the Daily Herald outlining a libel case
due to a column authored by their columnist, Jack Mabley. Their attorney believes this is a
very strong case and is demanding an apology.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
