scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 22,2003,this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Mayor reported that the Village's disannexation fee ordinance was
dismissed by summary judgment without a trial. The consensus of the
Committee is to appeal the ruling.
