meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 13. 2003 this Executive Session
was called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Mayor reported that the annexation of right-of-way owned by Nicer and NGPL would be
considered at the May 27, 2003 Village Board meeting. The property was subject to the Des
Plaines forced annexation to which the Village objected.
The meeting adjourned at 6:38 p.m.
