PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 27, 2003 this Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acqusition matter. Number of pages attached: 1 Date(s) of review for release: December 2003 Date of approval for release: COPY , 5/27/03 10:30 p.m. Land Acqusition The value of the Village-owned property on Rohlwing was discussed as well as the purchase of the Park District owned facility at the Biesterfield garage. The Mayor discussed the possibility of exchanging space at the Park District's west garage for use of the Village-owned two-acre site on Rohlwing Road, near the Kenneth Young Centers. The Village has a need for additional storage space, and the Park District is interested in finding a site for a new ballfield. The consensus of the Board was to have a 5-year lease agreement with the Park District drafted to accomplish this. The meeting adjourned at 10:47 p.m.
