Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 17 .2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a litigation matter.

Litigation
The Village Manager noted that the Board will consider an increase to the fees charged to
unincorporated property owners for contracted and per-call fire service. The Board
discussed the formula used to compare fees paid by residents and non-residents, and their
desire for non-residents to contribute a fair amount for this service. The consensus of the
Board was to direct staff to review the formula and report back when information is
available.
