Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 17 .2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a land disposition matter.

Land Disposition
The Mayor discussed the negotiation of a"land swap"with the Elk Grove Park District.
The Park District is interested in constructing ballfields on the Village's 2-acre property
on Rohlwing Road, and the Village is interested in using the Park District's storage space
at the West Garage. The consensus of the Board was to direct the attorney to prepare an
agreement for consideration in July that would include a term of August 1, 2003 through
August 31, 2009. In addition, the agreement will include cancellation language requiring
notice by January 1 with cancellation to be effective as of August 31 of the same year.
Value of the garage was discussed should purchase of the garage become an issue.
