Litigation
The Mayor reported that Hiller Milton, a public relations firm hired by the Suburban
O'Hare Commission (SOC) to promote the South Suburban Airport, has filed a suit
against SOC. The Mayor reported that SOC will file a countersuit for breach of contract.
