Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on Jul v 15 ,2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a litigation matter.

Litigation
The Board discussed the continuing delay of Com Ed in energizing the new residential
streetlights and the excessive number of complaints from residents about the streetlights
not being activated. The consensus of the Board was to submit a final written request to
Com Ed's Chairman requesting that the wiring be completed in a timely manner. If there
is no response in a short time thereafter, Ron Zamarin will prepare a lawsuit,which will
be announced at a press conference.
