Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 15 . 2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Mayor discussed the pending exchange of land with the Park District. The Village
Attorney reported that the"swap"would be considered at the July 24 meeting of the Park
District Board, as well as the contribution of$50,000 to the Village's O'Hare litigation
fund. The Mayor noted that permission to "move dirt"would not be granted to the Park
District until these funds are received by the Village.
The meeting adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
