scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 15 . 2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a litigation matter.

Litigation
The Mayor reported that Insty-prints has threatened a lawsuit
updates would be provided when available,
against the Village, and that
Ron Zamarin would represent the Village if the lawsuit is filed.
