Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November 18, 2003 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The consensus was to join the other municipalities in the PrimeCo
Infrastructure Maintenance Fee class action lawsuit. The costs will be
based on a per capita basis, resulting in a cost to the Village of$8,241.
