Cavallini,Director of Health&Community Services Reporters: None Use of Containers at Multi-Family Complexes Following a brief discussion regarding the use of refuse containers at multi-family complexes, the consensus of the Committee was to direct the Village Attorney to prepare the necessary ordinance establishing: specifications for rigid refuse containers for single-family attached dwelling units that have 4 or more units placing refuse at a single location; and penalties for any person, firm or corporation violating this provision. Establishment of standards, fines, and/or fees for violated zoning variations Following a lengthy discussion, the consensus of the Committee was to establish a fee schedule of two times the cost of the permit fee(or$100 minimum)plus 10%of the value of the structure of which the permit is being applied for,in cases where construction of the structure has commenced prior to the issuance of a building permit.
