meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 23 .2004 this Executive Session
was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
It was noted that the Police Department has indicated that Officer Matt Fiorito will be the
handler of the new canine. Reasons for the selection of Officer Fiorito were discussed versus
the other applicants. All will be notified this week of the selection.
