Meeting opened by Chairman Gibson at 8:00 P.M. The following
notes, figures, etc. presented as fact and/or opinion by interested
persons.
Keith referred to his note to Centex re possible zoning classifications
in area concerned.
Stebbins: All houses in Unit 15 will be delivered by June 15, 1968.
The next unit developed will then be the R-3 section in the proposed
PUD along State Road in the Northwest section of this area. This
would be on approximately December 1, 1968.

Development cost exclusive of raw land cost, approximates
$7,000.00/acre at this time.
School District #54: They have nothing planned along Highway 53
on 7500 square foot lots.
Hoffman Estates - :R-3 8250 square foot lots
Schaumburg - R-3 1.0,000 square foot lots
#54 will be up to their debt limit with next referendum.
#54 - 7600 Elementary School Students
#59 - 8-9000 "
Lancer Construction has a PUD here, lot size varies - 8,000 square
foot - 20,000 square foot; average out at 10,000 square foot; did
not know density or all building types.
Plan Commission member J . Denney: Suggested #59 School Board be
polled re.*annexation.
This land annexed to Elk Grove Village early in 1963 at the request
of the Village for use in the prospectus to help sell bonds for water
and sewer utility purchase,.
Centex: will not allow a double shift in schools as this area is
developed.
Centex: will not start development here for a minimum of 18-24 months.
Centex: will definitely offer this land for sale if they cannot get R-3
zoning.
School District #54 spends $469 .00/student
