JUDICIARY, PLANNING & ZONING COMMITTEE
Monday, August 20, 1984
The JPZ Committee met on Monday, August 20, 1984, at 8:00 P.M. , at the
Fox Run Links Club House.
Members Present: James Petri, Chairman
Edward Hauser, Trustee
Joseph Bosslet, Trustee
Staff Present: Thomas F. Rettenbacher, Building Commissioner
The following topics were discussed,
Zoning Performance Standards
It was agreed to discuss this further at the next JPZ meeting, August 27th,
when the Village Attorney will be in attendance. The question is can the
regulation of Toxic Material be strengthened.
Parking Stall Requirements
The survey conducted by the Building Department was discussed along with it's
recommendation for stall sizes and off-street loading spaces. It will be
discussed at the meeting August 27th, with the Attorney.
Political Signs
A brief discussion was held on signs in the public rightaway.
Wholesale Liquor Licenses
A request will be made to the Village Clerk's office and Finance Department
requesting their input.
Review of Building Fees
It was requested that when the survey is completed, a copy be forwarded to
the committee members.
