A discussion was held on the following:
1. Proposed Zoning Ordinance to permit congregate housing for
senior citizens. The draft ordinance was reviewed. No
action was taken at this time.
2. Proposed Licensing Ordinance for congregate housing. Various
parts were discussed as to the need for them or how they applied
to our existing senior citizens housing units. A meeting with
various Village Board and Commissions and the JPZ Committee
is set for Monday, June 2 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
No action will be taken until after the meeting.
