The meeting was called to order at 7:14 p.m.
Tert Amendment - Senior Congregate Housing
Members agreed on the draft text amendment with one change:
that the word "older" be removed from page four. Staff was directed
to have the Village Attorney put it in ordinance form for Village
Board action on June 10, 1986.
Licensing Ordinance - Senior Cangregate Housing
Members and others present discussed possible changes to the
draft senior congregate housing licensing ordinance. The philosophy
of congregate housing as well as the enforceability and appropriateness
of certain items in the draft were discussed.
Staff was directed to review the draft in light of the Building
Code and the Housing Maintenance Ordinance.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
