SUBJECT: JOINT MEETING BETWEEN JPZ AND PLAN COMMISSION
At the 5-17-89 Plan Commission meeting, members suggested
that a joint meeting be held between the Plan Commission and JPZ.
The purpose of the proposed meeting would be to give the
members of each committee an opportunity to meet and discuss any
open items which pertain to both committees.
In addition, members of the Plan Commission would like to `�\
discuss several items which relate to several sections of the \
zoning ordinance: \
1. Definition of Common Open Space
2. Parking regulations for convenience
shopping centers in the B-2 and B-3
zoning districts.
The Plan Commission has suggested the meeting be held on
Wednesday, July 19, 1989 at 8 p.m. in the Council Chamber.
