The Director of Engineering and Community Development noted that the park district and the miniature golf course have coin operated amusement devices, but those places could not operate those devices under the proposed ordinance. It was the consensus of the Committee to have the Village Attorney add the following sections to the proposed ordinance: (g) Park District Facilities; (h) Miniature Golf Courses; and, (i) Other Recreational Uses as approved by the village Manager. Once the ordinance is prepared, it is to be forwarded to the Village Board for their consideration and action. PARKING STANDARDS IN INDUSTRIAL ZONED DISTRICTS The JPZ Committee directed the Village Attorney to ascertain whether or not restrictive covenants exist on industrial park deeds prohibiting parking on the street. The Committee then discussed parking issues surrounding parking within the 25 foot setback and the issues encompassing the variation request at 2100 Landmeier.
